Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and customers’ needs

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Prepare sales documents ensuring adherence to companies’ SOP and guidelines

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc

Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support

Build long term relationships with new and existing clients

Represents the company in all marketing and promotion events and be the necessary coordinator

Work cross functionally between Product Development, Operations and Marketing Department to build programs and promote marketing and promotion activities

Acquire new clients by networking, advertising or other forms to generate new prospects

Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company

Work with multi-function departments to establish goals between current clients

Monitor competitors movements

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Marketing or any business-related field

Minimal 5 years of relevant experience in retail, business development and eCommerce or SaaS

Proven working experience as business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

Self-motivated individual with proven sales track record

Mature demeanor with strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience in customer support is a plus

Experienced in presenting proposal to external parties, selling benefit of business and negotiating contracts or agreements

Proactive and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Strong leadership qualities with good team orientation

Good organisational and time management skills, including an ability to manage and prioritise a variety of tasks and responsibilities with conflicting priorities

English and Mandarin proficiency are required

Ability to build rapport with people across all levels

Time management and planning skills

Candidate must be willing and able to travel

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist the senior management to identify marketing strategies, ideas and tactics to support and achieve business objectives

Liaise with internal teams and external parties to plan, manage and oversee execution of brand marketing deliverables

Keep abreast of industry trends and market insights 

Represent the company to negotiate and build strategic alliances/partnerships to benefit and grow the business

Plan, manage and oversee the execution of  advertising, email marketing and lead generation campaigns

Responsible for content creation and social media management

Coordinate media interviews and requests, prepare press releases and other communication materials

Responsible for website content updates and SEO

Administrate CRM program and marketing automation; design and maintain lead scoring and nurturing sequence, sales and onboarding sequence

Prepare presentation materials for sales pitches and keynote speeches

Provide guidance and inspiration to junior marketing staff


Requirements:

Minimum local diploma, BA/ BS in Marketing / Communiation

Minimum 4 years experience in Marketing, must be proficient in Corporate Communications, PR, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Marketing, CRM and Events

Excellent command of English, able to speak and write fluently

Ability to produce compelling content for pitch decks and simplify complex concepts for presentation purposes

Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines

Good computer skills with high proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

People-oriented and has a pleasant disposition

Able to read, write and speak well in Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese associates)
