Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customers’ needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales documents ensuring adherence to companies’ SOP and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support
  • Build long term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Represents the company in all marketing and promotion events and be the necessary coordinator
  • Work cross functionally between Product Development, Operations and Marketing Department to build programs and promote marketing and promotion activities
  • Acquire new clients by networking, advertising or other forms to generate new prospects
  • Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company
  • Work with multi-function departments to establish goals between current clients
  • Monitor competitors movements


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Marketing or any business-related field
  • Minimal 5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, retailing, business development and digital marketing
  • Proven working experience as business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Experienced in presenting proposal to external parties, selling benefit of business and negotiating contracts or agreements
  • Self-motivated professional, proactive and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong leadership qualities with good team orientation
  • Good organisational and time management skills, including an ability to manage and prioritise a variety of tasks and responsibilities with conflicting priorities
  • English and Mandarin proficiency are required

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the senior management with content and product information to identify marketing strategies, ideas and tactics to support achieve brand’s objective and KPI
  • Partner with design team and other internal team as well as external team (event organizer, agency) to plan, manage and oversee execution of brand marketing deliverables
  • Oversee the trend and industry to identify marketing insight
  • Building partnership with third party within the industry to bring the brand towards brand’s KPI
  • Planning, managing and oversee the execution if off air event, media placement in digital and traditional media
  • Responsible in driving brand, marketing and communications on social, print, mobile and digital touch points through compelling content and creative ideas
  •  Drive new customers to the platform through brand communication
  • Creating content for marketing and brand purposes i.e. social media, TVC, media ads and PR
  • Monitor, analyze and measure the effectiveness of pre-post marketing program and develop insight for future strategic planning
  • Set up and optmize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action


Requirements:

  • Minimum A level, local diploma, BA/ BS in Marketing / Communiation
  • Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing, event and creative
  • Strong passion in digital, social media and video content
  • Strong communication skill and own the ability to work multitask project under limitation of time
  • Ability to work in detail with vendor or agency to held an off air media event and to produce marketing communication tools
  • Strong computer skills, incliding proficiency with Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Proficient in spoken and written English is required. Bilingual in English and Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese associates)
